It was cheaper than a hotel but I feel all properties charge a little more than they should. This was however the nicest place I have stayed where the pictures match the actual condition of the property.

This property was amazing! It’s spotless, has very comfortable bedding and furniture, nice linens, and a well stocked kitchen. It is also located in a very quiet location. We will be staying at this property again!

Red Rock Comfort

Fabulous townhouse in a quiet neighborhood and close to amenities. Owner was prompt to reply and very helpful. Home is truly a “home away from home” - it was spacious for us (two couples), quality linens, well equipped kitchen, access to garage to securely store our EBikes and spotlessly clean.

As advertised. Pictures are accurate. Very clean, nice linens, plush towels, nicely decorated, Like walking into a staged model home. Bonus was parking rental car with all hiking gear safely in garage over night.Neighborhood is tightly spaced family townhouses, with small outdoor space but is VERY quiet with nice covered and fenced private patio. Close to highway and airport. AC and heat work well, ceiling fans in every room. Beds are comfy, Very comfortable sleeping. Large capacity washer dryer. Kitchen fully stock with tools and appliances. Generous supply of paper products, DW and laundry soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Didn’t find a recycle option for plastic? Large screen tv and large couch for the whole family. Great place to come “home” to after an amazing day in our National Parks. Would definitely stay again.

The place was perfect. It was clean, quiet and close to many restaurants and gas station. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of spices and condiments. We were able to cook food at home in a jiffy after hiking at the National Park. The bathrooms were well stocked and clean as well. The mattress on the beds felt very good quality (unlike many other places where they use cheap mattresses). Anyone looking for a perfect property for a family get away near Zion and Bryce (both were about 1.5 hrs away but the drives are beautiful, Cedar city is right in the middle so we didnt have to move hotels to see both the parks) The owner was very prompt and seemed like they really took pride in the property. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
