“We knew we picked an awesome house for our Thansgiving getaway. First and foremost, the view was unbelievable, you literally looked down at the lake the town and glanced up to the mountains. “This is a nice property with some fixable issues. The main floor is really nice, having recently been renovated, with two great bedrooms , a nice living area, a kitchen, a nice bathroom and a great balcony with an awesome view. The porch is large and spacious but is in need of some repairs; a paint job and a general fixup in this area would be great, the cushions are in need of replacement. The bushes hanging over the porch need to be trimmed, this makes the first impression of this sweet home...

“Great house for a big family. Had everything we needed. House was clean. My only complaint is that they need to hire an exterminator for roaches. Fire pit is a little bit far from the house, which I understand the reason for this, but there is no lights in the area. My kid loved the pool table. ”

“Hands down the BEST Motel I've ever stayed. I've never seen a "nice" motel--it was super clean, staff was very friendly, accommodations were better than expected and it just looked nice. “This little cabin was just what we needed. We traveled to the area for a family wedding and, while our schedule was erratic, we found the place a very pleasant respite and welcoming at all hours. You have to understand that rural Georgia is going to have some gravel accesses and obscure connectors but that is part of the appeal. If you use GPS, I would recommend Google or Apple Maps as WAZE seems to think it is okay for automobiles to access the Appalachian Trail.”
