“Clean rooms”

“Very clean. The air conditioner in the room didn't work, but after 13 hours driving from Florida to Virginia we were so exhausted that we weren't concerned about the air conditioner. We did tell the front desk when we checked out.”

“Friendly staff clean and comfy”

“This is a pet friendly hotel. I wish this hotel and many would designate rooms for pets so people can stay in a room without lingering odor. Update old air conditioner to central air and heating. Heater is slightly loud when on. Otherwise a clean hotel and staff very helpful to accommodate. Bed was comfortable. ”

“Very cheap hotel. Close to Main Street and we rate this hotel higher. Breakfast had no coffee even though the one responsible noticed, but did nothing to make more coffee. You get what you pay for. ”

“Always a wonderful stay. The staff is amazing and helpful and the rooms are beautiful. The kids have fun in the pool. The breakfast is a little generic (bacon and eggs were flavorless) but that is my only complaint. ”

“A great hotel for our family stay. We really enjoyed the pool. The only down side was that the breakfast only had a few choices, but everyone in the family at least found one thing they liked. We could stay here again. The downsides with the hotel was that the room lacked shampo and shower gel, we had to ask in the reception for that. And that the breakfast was served on plastic one time use things, it’s not sustainable to keep doing that for a big chain like Hilton. ”

“Air conditioning and heat worked properly, and easy to use. I like that the door to room has an alarm if door is left open. I love the big parking lot and design. Great for semi's, RV's, etc. Staff was so friendly and helpful at daytime front desk. I love the pull-down shades verses curtains. It made the room so dark. I had a good quiet night sleep. This place is safe and in a good location. Its about 2 blocks from Golden Coral. The plastic trash bags werent tied allowing more room for trash....

“Initially when we reviewed the pictures of this property it really looked good! The packing lot area looked very clean and the picture of the bedroom looked nice! But once we walked into our room # 109 it was a total disaster! The room has a closed up / mold smell and the carpet is very dirty, both of the windows curtains didn’t close properly and there is a cold air draft along the floor area, I did notice form along the entire baseboard area of the room.
