Cozy Casita - Luxury in the heart of Cedar Key!

Wow! What a spectacular water view from two sides of this amazing home! This stellar home is located within a block from Main Street! Beautifully furnished and thoughtfully stocked, this home features a spacious kitchen with new appliances, plenty of cookware and dishes, as well as solid oak cabinets. Entire home has been remodeled, ensuring your vacation is high end and relaxing! Sip a cup of coffee on the front porch while watching the Gulf nearby or enjoy a glass a wine with amazing sunsets over the water from deck on the rear of the house! You will love the small town feel in this historic part of the island. Easy walk to downtown for restaurants, shopping, museum, art co-ops--this home is close to it all but is just far enough away to avoid the hubbub. This is a great spot for boating or fishing weekends, anniversary/birthday celebrations, quality family time and couples getaways. Walk anywhere in this pedestrian friendly town, take the local boat tour or bring your own, rent a golf cart to enjoy the island local style! Kayak launch is one short block west of this home for easy access. MAXIMUM 3 cars. NO PARKING inside ropes or using fire pit on adjacent property.

Contact free check-in via coded lock makes check in/out a breeze. The property managers are just a couple minutes away if you need anything at all. This is a non-smoking house. Not suitable for events or parties. Strict max of 7 people on site. Two vehicles max in driveway only, no parking on side lot. Fire pit and side lot is not for guest use. Rental agreement required for every booking, $300 security hold on credit card required.

The home was very clean and beautifully decorated, with bright and airy decor. The view of the water from windows many windows was stunning. One of the door knobs was loose going onto one of the balconies, I messaged the realty that manages the rental and they got back to me right away. All the amenities of home, would highly recommend.

The perfect home in Cedar Key

Home is beautiful... inside and out. Friendly neighbors, perfect view of gulf and very safe environment. Owner underestimated the features of her home. It is so much more! Completely stocked kitchen down to the beautiful wine glasses! Beds were so comfortable. Two bathróoms with everything supplied including fluffy towels. And the big screen TV was a great plus for Super Bowl Sunday! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Very Cozy Indeed! Loved our stay here!

This is a perfect little house, well equipped with everything we needed to cook big family dinners, relax and get to know the area. We walked all over town, had great local food. Comfortable and quiet, well decorated. Lovely neighbors! My 10-year old loved the bunk room- it's exactly as pictured. Very pleased with everything. Appreciate that you (Pelican) are helping to keep the historic structures in town and the historical character. Thanks for everything!

Cedar Key Gem

We have stayed in Cedar Key every year for the past 5 years. This is in a great location and is well maintained. I would highly recommend this place.

Great stay.

House was great. I would not suggest if you have children from 5 to 12 there is no yard for them to play in. We didn't have the problem because we rented 2 houses for our large group. The bunk bed room is very small you open the door and it's the bunk bed. Basically it's a lage closet with bunks beds. You can see the gulf from your porch the house looks brand new. We would rent again.

Exceeded expectations

We could not have asked for a better experience. The home was spotless and well stocked. The check in process was simple and the hosts were in touch every step of the way. The neighbors were friendly and welcoming. We were within walking distance to everything. We can’t say enough!
