Very disappointed! This place has a very musty smell, and it is coming from the couch the couch is musty and is long overdue for a cleaning but, truthfully needs replaced. The pictures concealed the dirty spots. The throw pillows on the couch have stains. I used several sheets to cover the couch. I pulled what I thought was a clean white sheet from the closet straight into the laundry room terrible stains. I won’t even begin to tell you what it looked like very gross. The rest of the place is clean. I did contact the property management company, and they did offer to put me in another unit, but I already unpacked because when booking this was the only 2-bedroom unit available. Covering the couch with several layers of sheet masked the musty smell along with the air freshener I request, and they quickly brought it over. The sheets and blankets need to be replaced many have holes and are torn. I have stayed at this property previously with ZERO issues. This unit was definitely not worth the price I paid. I only stayed 2 night and good thing I did not plan on cooking; kitchen is not stocked well for cooking old dirty pots and not enough to cook a meal. It would have been nice if the property management offered some kind of a refund for my issues after I explained I already unpacked. Nothing.
