PLEASE NOTE: There is no pool at this property. The pool shown in the aerial photo belongs to a neighboring complex. The building does not currently have a working elevator, and the ground floor is unoccupied while the HOA determines how to move forward with repairs following recent hurricane damage.

-Please be careful where you park, don`t block people in, use neighbors property, park on the sidewalk or impede traffic

-No smoking inside or within 10 feet of doors or windows $250 fine if the property smells of smoke
-Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fine for each animal
-$150/person/day fee for over occupancy limit
-Please donât eat or drink anything besides water in the bedroom
-Quiet hours 10 pm to 7 am per local Noise Ordinance
-Please respect the check-in and check-out times. $500 for each 4 hours, or portion unauthorized thereof, of early check-in and late checkout.
-Guests are responsible for any damage they cause. If something does happen contact us ASAP and we will see if thereâs a way to quickly take care of the issue before it gets worse and costs more.
