APPARTAMENTO: “ATTICO”

This two-room apartment is located on the top floor of this 3-storey building, with an internal surface area of 57sqm, and offers access via stairs or an elevator.

The apartment comprises: a bedroom with double bed (mattress 160x200) and magnificent sea view, and a large open plan and kitchen/living/dining area with 2x sofa beds, each very comfortable and whose size is 140x190. There is also a bathroom with hydro-massage shower cabin. The wrap around terrace on 3 sides of the apartment offers a breathtaking view of the sea and the old town of Cefalù. The terrace is furnished with tables, chairs, and sun loungers.

Free parking, free WiFi, and an elevator. The property is located 50m from the beach of Lungomare.

Just steps from the beach and old town, Appartamento Attico with plenty of space and comfort, was the ultimate way to experience Cefalu. The appartamento was spotless and had an amazing amount of comfortably furnished deck space making it possible to enjoy being inside or out; all with fantastic views of Cafalu.Hosts Giuseppe & Joanna did a great job communicating prior to arriving to the point of providing a helpful video on weaving your way into the town to find the apartment and your free provided parking spot. We were greeted on arrival; they made great dinning suggestions & even checked back to confirm satisfaction. Great host both who made it easy to check in & out.It’s where you want to be in Cefalu.

This place was a palace with balconies on Three sides, a kitchen with all the conveniences and a very cosy seating area near it. Wishes we could have stayed longer

Awesome stay in Cefalu

Stayed at the Royal Sea House - Penthouse for 9 nights. Everything was absolutely exceptional!! Giuseppe was very easy to deal with and helped explain many area attractions when we arrived. The penthouse is very well equipped with a new induction stove top, spa like shower and comfortable seating. The bedroom is spacious and has incredible views and leads directly to the fantastic patio that provides 270 degree views. We spent many a morning enjoying our coffee watching the sun break over La Rocco. It also has a view of the Cathedral Towers and the beach only steps away. A perfect location with a 2 minute walk to the beach and Old Town. The train station was only a 7 to 9 minute walk. We enjoyed our stay and would strongly recommend Royal Sea House as the perfect place to stay when visiting Cefalu. Thank you to Giuseppe for such a great stay.

Great location with plenty of space

My husband and I and one friend really enjoyed this property. A 2 minute walk to Old Town and the beach. Dedicated onsite secure parking, elevator in the building. The very large balcony space is great, as is the shower, which is like a spaceship with all its futuristic gadgets. Guiseppe was really helpful and friendly.
