âStayed in room 3, amelia earhart room for 1 night. Room was clean but dated, the windows are single glazed so trains and traffic can be heard clearly, shower cubicle could do with a bit of elbow grease under door on inside to get rid of the mould. Could hear the other customers talking in the restaurant until late while in the room so of you're a light sleeper and need an early night, could be problematic.
But, the staff are truly lovely and the food is fantastic. Would definitely stay again.â

âAmazing as we remember it when we last came 9 years ago, had a Warm Welcome on arrival from Tracy's Son and we stayed in exactly the same room as we did 9 years ago. Room was beautiful and spotlessly clean in such a peaceful location. Breakfast was freshly cooked and lovely, filled me for the day, my Partner had Welsh Rarebit which she said was stunning. Looking at returning again next year, we won't leave it another near decade until next time, 10/10! â

âI liked that it was a very quaint, pretty little cottage in a very good location - within walking distance of the town centre but not too close for it to be noisy. The passing traffic in the morning can be quite noisy at times but nothing terrible at all. The lady who owns the property has obviously put a lot of thought into little extras and items you might find useful when staying away from home, which were greatly appreciated. We were made to feel very welcome and the cottage is beautifully...
