“Air conditioning works perfectly; the kitchen is so complete; my husband and I enjoy cooking together; we had such a fun time there; and the sounds of coquis and the nature of Puerto Rico are so soothing. We visited beaches at Luquillo and Fajardo, took the ferry to Culebra, and drove to Old San Juan multiple times. Vicente and Andre's property is so beautiful, we definitely recommend it to anyone who's considering renting it!”

“Right on the water, comfortable beds, like a treasure hunt to get there, but we loved the adventure. Not for elderly as wooden staircase to sleeping quarters with same outdoor stairway to kitchen and second bath. Still, fun place to stay with excellent communication from host.”

“The expedia pictures and value are VERY deceiving! First, there was NO hot water and minimal water pressure! Second, the a/c did not go below 79 degrees! When I texted the person, they said I need to send them a video of the hot water not working and the a/c not working so they can get it fixed. Highly doubt it woulda got fixed by the time we left. And it is 8 min to the airport, but then another 12 min inside the airport driving. Just better to pay a little more and stay somewhere else. ”
