“We booked two rooms; one was good. The other had a broken AC and smelled damp. The staff took the problem seriously and tried to resolve it. When that didn’t work, we were given a new room that was good in every way. The staff were consistently excellent! The pool is minimal, absolutely not what I expected. As a result, none of us or our three children wanted to swim. The breakfast was poor—neither tasty nor offering a good selection. It was okay, but not worthy of the Hyatt name.”

“I would rate this hotel 3.5 out of 5 stars. The biggest challenge was finding it at first, as it’s located on the 4th floor of a hospital, which was a bit confusing. The property also feels somewhat outdated. That said, I only stayed for one night, and my experience was generally positive. “Parking”

“Very helpful staff, clean rooms, Air conditioning works all the time never had any problems. Staff may not be there for certain periods of time which is odd. I ended up calling a corporate number just to get in during certain times of the night. It’s nice because it’s near la placitia and viejo san juan as they’re both 5-10 mins away driving wise. Beds are also really comfy”

“The staff were helpful and the place was clean. Free parking space and restaurant as well as train station just walking distance from the hotel. Love their continental breakfast. Room was clean, AC works and they seem to have a backup generator in case of power outage which are frequent in PR. My wife and I loved it. We would definitely stain at Nest again.”

This place would be good ONLY for hearing impaired people because the noise levels from the next door business is very loud, you can literally hear the music in the room like if it’s was playing it in your room. I called the host and she suggested to use ear plugs(crazy). She wasn’t helpful at all, the impression she gave was that she just didn’t care. “The only thing I have nice to say is, the staff was amazing. when I saw bedbugs on the bed and crawling on the walls, the staff moved me to a private room however, that room also had bedbugs. The staff did their best to make sure I was comfortable and thankfully I was only there for a night. Would not recommend.”

“my room was clean, Staff were great, Breakfast was the best part but 50. per night for "resort cost" hasn't been justify at least for me. While I loved the service and food, the extra ($50) per night for Wi-Fi, pool access, or fitness centers often leaves a sour taste. I don't drink alcohol neither use the pool when I'm traveling.”

Check in time was supposed to be 4pm and we had to wait in lobby over an hour and didn't get our rooms until 5:30pm and we only had one night stay so it threw off our entire evening and we didn't get to enjoy the amenities. They did comp our parking at my request for inconvenience which was nice.”
