"The only reason I’m giving this place two stars is because of the condition and appearance of the accommodation itself – it looked quite nice. Unfortunately, the service did not match the price at all. We received no help or useful information during our stay. There were stink bugs all over the room when we arrived, and we had to start by removing them ourselves. Breakfast was delayed, and the only explanation we got was to “wait.” The pool was very cold, making it hard to enjoy. We had booked a slightly more expensive room with a kitchen, but there were only two glasses available – you would expect at least a few more basic items. Parking was also poorly organized; you have to park on a slope if there’s space. On the positive side, the view of the mountains was really beautiful."

"Nice pool area and incredible staff! After some days on the road it was nice to have the possibility to do some laundry. The hotel is a little bit off, nothing really within walking distance. Hotel restaurant was nice but not too much to chose from. Not a problem for us since we only stayed for one night."

"At first, we were given a room where the air conditioning didn’t work, and it was incredibly warm. We reported this to the staff, who provided us with a fan for the night and made sure we were moved to a new room the next day — which we really appreciated. The staff were service-minded and very helpful. We booked taxis and several excursions through the reception, which made things very convenient. The gym was just the right size and had everything you need to keep up your workout routine. The pool on the first floor was clean and well-maintained, as were the shower facilities. The private beach area was also very clean and just a short walk away, making it easy to get down to the sun loungers by the water. There were always plenty of chairs available. Breakfast at the hotel was excellent. The proximity to the beach and all the nearby restaurants was a real luxury."

"The big downside was a bar/club next door which played loud music until 1am every single day of the week. The base from the music could be heard and felt in our room. Obviously this is not the hotels fault BUT when it is a known problem they should be telling you in advance during check in or write it on their website and maybe hand out ear plugs to show they actually care. The hotel itself is nice, good location, clean but the staff was not very enthusiastic and it felt a bit awkward coming into the lobby. The room was nice, had a fridge, big bathroom and nice beds. "
