  • Penrhyn Cottage ligger i den vackra norra kuststaden Cemaes Bay. Denna vackert inredda stuga i Anglesey ger sina gäster en idealisk bas för att upptäcka Cemaes Bay. De omgivande kuststäderna Bull Bay, Moelfre & Benllech ligger också bara en kort bilresa från ytterdörren.

    Penrhyn Cottage kan sova 4, stranden ligger 2 minuters promenad från stugan, medan Wales kuststig ligger precis runt hörnet av fastigheten. Semesterhuset har en romantisk känsla med lokala konstnärer och stenmurar som är väldigt framstående.

    En väluppfostrad hund är välkommen, det finns ett litet utomhusområde bakom fastigheten, vilket skulle vara perfekt för att njuta av solens sista på en sommardag. Ägarna har också inkluderat en grill & chiminea., Trädgårdsmöbler levereras också. Observera att även om trädgården är innesluten, är porten standard sizw

    Kök / Diner
    Ett välutrustat kök / matrum med mikrovågsugn, gasspis, elektrisk ugn, brödrost, vattenkokare, Nespresso kaffebryggare, kyl / frys tvättmaskin, (torktumlare finns i närheten i dubbelsäng på bottenvåningen) krukor och kastruller etc. Det finns också en liten TV i köksdynan. Frys i badrummet nere

    Sovrum 1 (nedervåningen)
    Denna dubbelsäng har ett trevligt badrum med eget badrum, där torktumlaren också finns. Lokala konstverk är framträdande i bottenvåningen dubbelrum från lokala konstnärer. .& Hellip; & hellip ;. det finns också plats för en resesäng.

    Den nedre våningen har också ett fristående garderob & fåfänga bord.

    Sovrum 2 (övervåningen)
    När du kommer till toppen av trappan hälsas du med en vacker utsikt över Irländska havet. Sovrum 2 är till höger, ett tvåbäddsrum som har en dusch och toalett precis utanför dörren till rummet.

    Lounge har en 2-sits lädersoffa och 2 skinnstolar. 32 i JVC TV. Ett urval av böcker finns tillgängliga. Njut av utsikten mot Irländska havet

    Cemaes Bay Harbour and beach - Cemaes är en underbar, orörd kustby vid norra kusten i Anglesey, den nordligaste byn i Wales med en härlig liten hamn och en bred sandstrand.

    Llyn Alaw - Njut av en promenad längs denna stora Anglesey-behållare. Den täcker 770 tunnland och har ett antal vandringsleder längs vattnet. Det är en plats med särskilt vetenskapligt intresse och en destination för övervintrande fåglar. Det finns också vilda blommor, fjärilar och fågelhuvar där du kan leta efter de många fåglar som besöker sjön.

    Melin Llynnon Mill - Melin Llynnon, eller Llynnon Mill, är en kvarn som ligger i utkanten av byn Llanddeusant på ön Anglesey. Det är den enda överlevande arbetande väderkvarnen i Wales. Härlig hemlagad mat i caféet.

    Amlwch Port
    Amlwch ligger på det nordöstra hörnet av Anglesey. En liten stad med en lång historia av arbetstraditioner och erbjuder besökarna ett brett utbud av aktiviteter.

    Koppar Trail
    Denna fantastiska cirkulära cykelrutt tar dig med på en rundtur i den underbara Isle of Anglesey i Wales. Rutten följer National Cycle Network route 566 på en serie tyst landsfält.

First stay in Anglesey

Perfect little base camp for us and the dog. If you love the beach this is the place to come as you're never far from a stunning beach and you can always find one on whichever side of the island is sheltered. We'd do it again.

Beautiful coastal cottage

We love Penrhyn Cottage. This was our third time visiting. The location is perfect for coastal walks and exploring Anglesey. It has everything you need for a short break including outdoor space to relax.

Wonderful location

Penrhyn Cottage is a wonderful little cottage in a fabulous location right on the coastal path. It is an easy stroll to several beaches and the village for shops, pubs, cafes and a lovely ice cream shop. It is very clean and comfortable with everything you could possibly need. We would definitely stay there again.

Cosy cottage

Great cottage in a great location. It has everything you need and more. Love Cemaes bay and will return as soon as time allows. Would stay here again. Only criticism the sofa n chairs not very comfortable.

Excellent retreat for walking break

Fabulous base for the coastal walk about Anglesey. Attractive village with all the basics with massive beach. Access to first class hiking from the doorstep or a short easy drive to other starting points. Good accommodation for the two of us with parking and easy access to Camaes.

Everything you could possibly need

Great location and perfect with split level living as gave teenage son his own space too. Cottage had everything we could possibly need and more. Very comfortable and clean with nice quality crockery and accessories. The service from Coastal Cottages was excellent with lots of additional information on the area provided too.

An enjoyable and comfortable stay

We had an enjoyable and comfortable stay. The cottage is well and thoughtfully equipped and in a good location.. There is a pleasant view of the sea from the sitting room which is located upstairs. The downstairs is very compact and a little dark but we were staying in the autumn I'm sure during the summer months with the doors open it would be lighter and feel airy.. We would book Penrhyn again.

Very nice property, with all utencils and eqipment necessary. Well situated to all local amenaties. Could possibly do with a deeper clean, many visible cobwebs and dead flies in windows that were there on day one.

Penrhyn Cottage July 2026

It is a great cottage in a very convenient location and provided what we needed to enjoy our 2 week holiday. However, it definitely needs some TLC. We couldn't open any of the sash windows downstairs which was a tad inconvenient during the hot weather. We were able to get some relief when there during the day by having the back door open. The upstairs windows were OK but the velux windows... the blinds could not be opened. The upstairs bathroom had no lighting as an electrician came during our holiday and said needed re wiring. No real problem to us but anyone after us..... Also the TV reception was very patch on Freeview so luckily we had a laptop with BBC iplayer and sky go. Other than these problems we had a great time so not all negativity.

Beautiful location

The cottage is in a beautiful location with easy access to lots of coastal walks, beaches and coves all within a few minutes walk. Very peaceful but close to the high street if needed. We didn’t need to use our car all week. The cottage itself could do with a deep clean and this is what would stop me returning.

Lovely little cottage

Lovely cottage, clean and fully equipped. Our only complaint was the televisions as both had very limited programmes. Both tv's constantly froze or kept breaking up! Upstairs tv was unwatchable. Nights drawing in, tv was required, just basic freeveiw and Welsh channels!! Contacted owner, was offered one night to go next door to watch football ....we didn't bother!!

Peace and oh the views!

On arriving in Cemaes Bay we were struck by the peace and breathtaking views of the bay. Penrhyn Cottage did certainly not disappoint and my husband and I just smiled at each other on driving up to the property. It promised to be dog friendly and it certainly was - Molly had her own bowls, blankets, treats and balls! The view of the sea from the upstairs lounge was the icing on the cake and we both thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have already talked about returning again. If there was any criticism at all is that one more saucepan (only one as part of a steamer) would make cooking easier and there was a lot of cobwebs and spiders so the cleaning could have been a bit more thorough but it's a big job to clean a house from top to bottom every changeover and didn't take long to hoover them up myself. Thank you for a really enjoyable stay - and also the whole booking process was superb so 10/10 to the customer service team!

cottage with sea views

very comfortable lounge suite and a bed which we highly rated for comfort. we were surprised by the nice goodies a variety too many to mention. The location is great with views of the sea and a few yards to the coastal path and yet convenient for the village. I would recommend Penrhyn cottage for a small family during the long holiday season and excellent for a dog.

Perfect cottage

We were delighted with Penrhyn cottage. Superbly well equiped with a view to the sea and a pleasant walking distance from the local facilities. We arrived to find wine and milk in the fridge plus biscuits and snacks. we only had four days but wished we could have stayed longer.

Holiday at Penrhyn Cottage, Cemaes Bay

This is a lovely cottage with all you could want to make your stay perfect. It is in a great location right near the coastal path. There is a sea view from upstairs. Unfortunately we didn't see any wildlife in the sea during our stay but plenty of bird life around. The walk down to the village and beaches is very short, just a slight hill back to the cottage. We don't have a dog but it is a perfect place for anyone who does... the owner has catered well for the furry friends. There was a lovely welcome pack on arrival and even an honesty bar should you not be inclined to venture out to the shop/pub. All in all a great place for a relaxing holiday.

A very pleasant stay was spoilt by a cleaner calling at 9:05am to start cleaning when the contract stated 10:00am !!! Tarnished an excellent holiday.

Beautiful little cottage

Beautiful little cottage in a great location right on the Coastal Path so perfect for walkers. Close to the beach and only 5 mins walk to the High street where there is a fabulous butchers, a chip shop and a convenience store. The chip shop is highly recommended. The cottage has off street parking right outside, free WiFi, TV upstairs and downstairs, washer and dryer and an outside line. All the equipment you need in the kitchen. A lovely little seating area outside. The host left us some wine, milk and snacks which is a nice touch. There is also an honesty bar which is handy if you wanted some wine but didn't want to walk to the shop. Lovely sea view from the upstairs lounge. Can't fault it which is why this was our third visit.
