âIm very please with the property, food was great staff was great. But i fall inside the bathroom was very slippery and it was nothing to hold on to it. I hurt my back and my head was crack open. I told the front desk and all he said is send a review Im glad I was there with my mom and she help me. I cant imagine if it was my mom who fall in there. They don't have a handy cap reel or nothing. Really danger â

âVisited Cali for a week with My (3,5 y) daughter and hade a great time! Eneique with staff was very helpful and gave us a chance to see this beautiful city from all its different perspectives.
The room was clean and even if the staff didn't speak English they did the best to help us with what we wanted. The address of the hotel is close to almost everything and in a safe area. The breakfast are quite simple but very good. I think this is a perfect stay if you are from a non Spanish talking...

âThe worst intercontinental I experienced. When I arrived the balcony door was not possible to open at two lights were broken in a very dark superior room. There are so many business activities with a lot of people during the daytime as the wifi coverage comes and goes. The level at the wifi are almost like Cuba. After some days I have a network cable for my computer and then computer waw good but whatsapp calls from phone is not possible at all! Is also greed to take 21 000 colombian peso (like...

âVery nice place, modern throughout, large rooms fully equipped living room and huge king size bed. Tricky to get hot water working in shower complicated faucet but shown how by staff. Great breakfast with onsite chef for omelets. Pool with rooftop bar very nice. Great value!â
