The accommodations are thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation: one room boasts a queen bed, another offers a full bed, and the top-level suite is a private escape with a queen bed and futon, ideal for extra guests or lounging. Guests will have private use of the entire home.

Parking for 3 cars only - one car directly to the right side of the house and any others behind that, side by side.
Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival are subject to a 3% fee. No refunds within 7 days of arrival.
Card will be charged 14 days ahead of arrival for the remaining balance.
The fire pit is available for use when there is no snow on the ground. Firewood is provided for the fire pit from May 1st through October.
*Firepit: Fire may not be left unattended until fully extinguished. Place screen over the top of it when in use to eliminate sparks flying and igniting. DO NOT move the firepit from the stone patio.
We provide one bath towel per person and two hand towels per bathroom. Washcloths are not provided.
Cell service can be spotty in the area. We recommend taking a screenshot of the Wi-Fi info before arrival in case of connectivity issues.
An additional fee will apply if pet waste or cigarette butts are found in the yard.
Cooling: Floor mini-split unit in the living room.
