This is a professionally managed vacation rental. It is our utmost aim to provide you with the best experience from start to finish and even beyond your stay with us. Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival are subject to a 3% fee. No refunds within 7 days of arrival.
Card will be charged 14 days ahead of arrival for the remaining balance.

Fire pit usable when no snow on ground; firewood not provided.
Outdoor shower available from June 1 through the end of September.
Wood-burning sauna; takes about one hour to warm up.

We provide one bath towel per person and two hand towels per bathroom. Washcloths are not provided.
Cell service can be spotty in the area. We recommend taking a screenshot of the Wi-Fi info before arrival in case of connectivity issues.
An additional fee will apply if cigarette butts are found in the yard.

The hot tub is professionally maintained and is treated and tested before and after each reservation.

The top bunk is for children only.
