“Trevligt hotell. Var på genomresa så vi sov direkt”

“It is close to everything and a well maintained property.”

“Hot tub was great! Amazing view”

“Usedvanlig dårlig frokost ”

“I have already opened a case with Expedia and have not heard back- I contacted the hotel directly Hello, I have arrived at the property and am disappointed to find that it does not match the listing photos or description. The accommodations appear significantly more worn and less clean than represented online. In addition, I did not receive the check-in instructions with the access code, and when I rang the bell for assistance, the hostess was rude and dismissive. Because there are no...

“This was a very nice stay, almost perfect. Room was clean and smelled good. We had a king sized bed and it was very comfortable. Plenty of towels, soaps, shampoo etc. everything was in good condition, ie TV, fridge, microwave, iron etc. the location is great! In walking distance to a couple of restaurants and very close to the Vanderbilt and Rockefeller mansions. My negative comments are very minor and picky but if these few adjustments are made it would be absolutely perfect. Breakfast was...

“Our stay was great. Facility was clean and staff was very hospitable. Traveled with small children and we enjoyed the pool and the workout room.”

“good location/ walkable to down town !”

“I did not really enjoy the stay here. Compared to the price, I was pretty disappointed by the amenities. The room was completely dark and the radiator was causing me to have constant sneezing.”

“We love this day. It was amazing. Everything was clean. The view was beautiful. I would come again.”

“The bathroom mirror was falling out of the frame. The wooden counters in the bathroom should be sanded and restored. The drawers in the small dresser were broken and falling apart. The room was clean, but the curtains were sheers (someone could potentially see in). And the curtains were falling off the curtain rod.”

“It’s a cool space but it’s filthy. There is dust and cobwebs everywhere. The windows need a cleaning. Sorry I sat on the porch last night as my cost is dirty from the dirt on the rocking chair. I read in reviews that some folks had croissants outside their door in the am. We did not have that experience. Our room had a tub with a handheld shower and no privacy. I was either a friend, not a partner. It a nice location right near the waterfront. Give the place a good cleaning.”

“I would not stay here.”

“Cheap hotel but still not value for money. ”
