“Parking was great and breakfast was delicious. Staff was accommodating and friendly.”

“It was a port in a storm and served well for that purpose. Staff was friendly. Aged property. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Breakfast was okay. Did not appreciate wooden utensils.”

“They were able to switch my room because of the lacrosse teams were staying on the first floor and I could tell the adjoining door was not sound proof. The lounge area is cozy. Complimentary coffee and muffins were good and the room was clean. ”

“I was disappointed to learn when I got to the hotel. That there was no food service on-site. There is a restaurant, but that was booked out for a large group. I reached out to the front desk to see if they had a toothbrush, because I forgot mine, and they didn't. The HVAC in the room was very loud but bed was comfortable.”

“This trip is the third time I've stayed at this hotel. Each time has been same. Consistent. The only thing I found which could improve is the complimentary breakfast. The coffee cups should be swapped out for mugs and the bakery goods could be fresher. I have one suggestion re the mattresses. They should be flipped or at least rotated once or twice a year. “Good hotel for a short stay. Wish the breakfast was offered up to 10:00 am; went down at 9:30 am everything was closed. The person at the desk who welcomed us was very kind and professional. While the person at the desk when we left was unfriendly and unhelpful.”

Our rooms had been canceled because of a glitch with our credit card, and no one contacted us to let us know. We were told the system automatically cancels reservations in these situations, which is concerning when you're traveling and expecting your room to be waiting for you.
