“Room was ok. Parking was good. Pool was ok”

“I liked the staff and it was very and quick to check in. The building was old and used but, it was comfortable. The maids Could have cleaned a little better. I accidentally booked wrong room that day on Expedia and arrived to check in and was informed that my stay date was accidentally scheduled for the next weekend. They wouldn’t switch the dates so I had to pay full price for a room. My daughter was having surgery so I had to get it anyways. But, I’ll definitely be at the room to enjoy it next...

“Room was like an oven it was so hot the ac was not on and there is just a small unit in the room which we turned on but it took HOURS to cool down. Apart from that the breakfast was ok and the rooms were clean.”

“When arriving at the hotel, it was obvious that the state and condition of the hotel was not like the pictures online represented. It is rundown and alittle sketchy looking from the outside. After we checked in we entered our room to be greeted by a dead roach in the bathroom. We booked using a 3rd party service. Apparently the staff doesn’t know how to handle 3rd party bookings because the front desk personnel then came beating on our door and made false accusations that we provided...

“Great staff, very understanding and helpful in time of need. For a mOtel 6, I thought it would be one of the cheapest quality motels but it was ACTUALLY great minus there not being any elevators lol I got lost a couple of times but overall, I would go back.!!! Theres vending machines, ice machines, a computer room if you need to use the computer, and free coffee!!!”

“If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. When we got to the hotel, there were some minor cleanliness issues that I chose to ignore because it was a late night when we checked in and we were tired from driving. First there was a hair on a towel, the Kleenex box looked like it was dipped in water, and there was a rusted hole in the bath tub. My husband got stuck in the bathroom because the panel of the door was coming undone. It is my fault I chose to ignore these smaller problems, but I...

“All of the staff members whom we interacted with were so friendly, professional, and gracious! We stayed in one of the Cabana rooms right next to the pool, and it perfectly and so easily accessible! The restaurants were fantastic, with exceptional food, and cocktails, and Service!!! This hotel is also so conveniently located to all the downtown local shops so that we could easily walk to them ! We will definitely be returning!”
