“Unique place to stay, fun little garden areas and decor. Great set up and room was very quiet and peaceful. Basic continental breakfast but thats what I was expecting. We will definitely stay here again!”

“Two adults stayed October 2025.The cottage was cozy as advertised, right on the water. We felt very safe in the area. The kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped and the beds very comfortable. The cottage was clean, had wifi ,comfortably furnished and equipped with a big screen tv The hot tub was a treat and the sunsets viewed from the hot tub was a double treat. We would definitely rent this cottage again. ”

“My cousins (female age 55-79) meet annually for a fun weekend together and this cottage was perfect! We had lots of room to spread out, there was even room for all ten of us to do yoga inthe living room! Overall it was VERY well equipped, clean, quiet and true to the AD description. May I suggest the basement sofa bed could be replaced. This cottage is EXCELLENT and we highly recommend. Thankyou George!”

“The Lakefront Haven is such a lovely spot! The views of the lake and access to the semi-private beach area definitely made our stay memorable. Lots of outdoor space for games and we spent a lot of time reading on the porch. The cottage was comfortable, well-equipped and had a good amount of common space for everyone (2 adults, 2 teens and a dog). Bedrooms were tight but as expected based on the listing. “A very lovely cottage in a beautiful, private, location. Everything and more listed was ready and available for our stay. We took day trips to Bayfield and Goderich...very cute shops and cafes.... but the cottage was so cozy, we didn't want to stay out very long. Between the hot tub and private beach firepit...it was paradise.The host was very quick to respond and had the place ready with such a warm welcome. Can't wait to check our their other locations soon.”

Communication from our hosts was top notch, ensuring we knew how to find the property, clear check-in and checkout instructions, asking if there was anything we needed, recommending things to do around the area, and even personalizing our welcome card. From the moment we stepped out of the car, we could hear the waves of beautiful lake Huron crashing against the shore. This charming, historic, rustic cabin was perfect for a weekend getaway....

“A beautiful cottage that has been updated with a huge deck facing the lake and amazing sunsets. The owners surprised me by reaching out after we arrived to ensure we were happy with everything which was a nice touch. My dog loved playing ball in the yard and sitting on the deck enjoying the sun while we sat in the Muskoka chairs reading. The town was amazing too and only a few minutes away.”
