Charming cottage with a great location. We found the Country Cottage to be very clean and comfortable. The mattresses, pillows and bed linens were of very good quality. We slept very well. The weather was rather chilly so we did not walk on the mowed trails but they looked very nice. We liked the location, just a little bit outside of Central Lake but very close to Lake Michigan. We got great pizza at Central Lake Pizza Co. We would stay at the Cottage again.

Very clean home on a beautiful property. Lots of space to walk with our dog on the property with a woodsy back drop. Short drive to wineries, orchards, and downtown Bellaire. Great spot for a peaceful getaway with our family.

The house was super clean and the property is beautiful! If you are wanting to go on vacation and get away from everything, this is the perfect place! You get to see deer in the field in the back and it’s just a short drive into downtown. We took our dog and he absolutely loved the trials behind the house!

This is our second time here and it is a slice of heaven. A beautiful piece of property. We spent each of our evenings in the back yard at the fire pit. The house is clean and well appointed (even with a S’Mores kit). The hosts are excellent. A fantastic VRBO.

The owners were extremely accommodating and the place was so clean and everything was labeled for ease of use. The hosts even welcomed our group with a tray of treats that the kids absolutely loved. The property was beautiful with the wild flowers and mowed trails through the tall grasses.

This is our sixth time booking this property in two years! We’ve always loved the area and used to visit once a year, but since finding this cottage, we’ve been coming up three times a year. The 10-acre private lot is perfect — peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by nature. Our pets love exploring the trail, and it’s become our favorite getaway spot. The cottage is always spotless and has everything we need. The hosts are absolutely wonderful!
