“Took about twenty minutes to check in. Was given our keys but they ended up going to a room that was already occupied. They didn’t have another room available so we sat around while they tried to sort things out. We weren’t the only ones waiting around. There definitely was some disorganization. About an hour later, they finally had a room ready for us. Room was comfortable.”
“There was a lot of snow out so it was cold and we had no heat in our room. We had a late check in due to car issues, the weather and the roads, and all we wanted was to sleep somewhere warm for the night before continuing home, but we had no heat so we were unable to actually get any sleep. It was very cold in the room which made it very unpleasant.”
“The rooms were very clean and nice, lounge was very nice. Food was good. We stayed on a Saturday night into Sunday. The breakfast on Sunday was a little on the weak side. They don’t have any staff for breakfast on Sunday mornings.”
