Hotell nära Central New York Playhouse

“staffs are very friendly. Good breakfast (including fresh Avocado), though carpet is dirty/very old. Very close to airport.”

“Nice place with good atmosphere and friendly approach, good restaurant. Well worth a visit”

“Rudest staff i have ever encountered.”

“Only complaint was the speed of elevator. Rooms were clean and cute.”

“Estacionamiento”

“Because it’s the least expensive “hotel” in that section of the I-90 corridor, they seem to attract unsympathetic characters. Some time after 10pm I heard loud voices outside (I was on 2nd floor). Hoping they had just arrived and were unloading, I waited for them to disperse. Then looked outside and saw 3 men drinking and smoking and talking increasingly loudly. I called the desk. “Well maintained”

“Stayed at DoubleTree at the same time they had a big convention. That was a mistake, as it resulted in a very low service level. The hotel increased the price for breakfast during the convention, and I think that is really greedy. The staff explained that they would have so much more to do, so that was the reason for the price increase. I have never heard anything so weird. Dirty pool area. “I believe when a hotel property is undergoing renovations, there should be some type of small discount/incentive for the inconvenience. Doesn't have to be much, maybe a free desert or pastry in the morning. Food for thought!”

“room was cute and spacious . staff was friendly and helpful . parking was easily accessible . smell the breakfast food all the way up to the 2nd floor even though i left out a bit early during check out . not noisy . wifi was a little slow for the netflix on tv but i was interested in watching anything , it was more for background noise .”

“Very run down property. Rooms were ok but not the best.”

“Good”
