“Our two consecutive stays were disappointing overall. The rooms appeared only somewhat clean. During our first stay, the towels had hair on them, and the comforter felt itchy.
In both stays, the bathroom lacked a tissue holder, and the face and hand towels were dirty. The linens also did not appear to be properly cleaned. Additionally, the shower door needs maintenance, as it does not function properly.

“I was in Winnipeg for a conference at the RBC Convention Centre and it was the perfect spot to pick. The room was spacious and clean. The cleaning and front desk staff were super helpful and friendly.
I did use the indoor golf simulator to unwind and it wasn’t too bad. There are both left and right-handed clubs set up for you to use if needed.
The hot breakfast options were great, love the waffle maker and that the omelettes were different every day.

“The room was comfortable, but we would never return and would warn others that this hotel is obviously in a high crime area. We stayed on May 30th, 2026 and woke up to our back window smashed out. Our vehicle was in the hotel parking lot. My husband went to front desk to enquire about calling police and possibly getting the window secured somehow.
