“This property received a 5 star review due to the amazing staff. The lower level parking was very dark and eerie we had watched an individual walk in through the out gates the first day that we were there and it was obvious that he did not wish to be seen by the attendants / guards at the entry gate. The breakfast offered was very good and again the staff were amazing. The Calzone that I purchased at that Italian restaurant out front was burnt and they did not care even when I mentioned it...

“I liked this property, the staff is friendly, except the ladie that works making eggs in the breakfast, she wasn't was friendly anytime, didn't smile and she looks like sad, the rest of the staff so friendly and polite. “This place is to die for! The views are stunning and the room was breath-takingly beautiful. We were upgraded because we are Expedia VIP customers. Thus, we were moved from a junior suite to a superior suite which meant that we stayed in a huge suite with its own gigantic terrace and jacuzzi (room 86). “This property was incredibly beautiful. This hotel is more for couples and my husband and I enjoyed it. The food was amazing. Everyone on the staff went over and beyond to assist you with whatever you need. The atmosphere was great as well. The perfect get away to relax, reflect and restore.
