“Great un assumed hotel, great friendly and helpful staff, that’s a breath of fresh air to the inconsistent service common in São Paulo. Rooms are large, a bit on the old side but well maintained. Room service lacks variety and restaurant staff did not speak English (what’s with that being an international hotel!?)

“The staff were all very nice and helpful, especially some were giving excellent service, such as helped to monitor our Uber, and directed the drive came to the lobby entrance so we did not need to go to the street side.
The room and public areas were very clean.
Just it’s not a very new facilities, The fitness room was poor, only a thread mill which was broken, and a simple lifting fixture.
