“1st room sink handle came off in my hand, floor & bathroom soiled. Switched to 2nd room, floor soiled worse, bathtub had thick ring of semi hardened bioscum, had no towels, etc. Third room cleaned and equipped, but had unattached lower wall trim laying on the floor unrepaired. Day main Manager MUCH more responsive than evening staff.”
“Made a pay later reservation on a third party website, show up day of, & when I get to the desk, the attendant asks if I paid in advance. I reply no & she follows with ‘well we have no more rooms available’. While I’m aware its not her fault, her attitude was snarky from the get go. No apology, no explanation as to why, no anything. I had a follow-up question about being charged regardless & she acted like I should already know the answer. TERRIBLE customer service.”
