“The breakfast area was very small but I don’t believe the original design included a breakfast area. I really enjoyed the private balcony cause I’m a smoker. The rooms are clean and other than a few noisy “party” guests it was relatively quiet. Check in and out was easy and the staff were wonderful and welcoming.”
“The hotel was good. Staff was great breakfast wonderful had a problem. My thermostat broke just after 11 at night and no hot water in the morning but everything else was good.”
“Nothing wrong with the hotel or staff, just cleanliness of the bathroom was the only issue. There was mold/mildew around the bottom of the shower and there was hair on the shower wall and shelf inside the shower. We should have let the staff know, I'm sure they would have done something about it but we just wanted to get ourselves and young kids cleaned up and get to sleep. We didn't want to change rooms or stay up waiting for someone to clean something that should already have been cleaned.”
“We were travelling from Banff to Edmonton and had some business in Edson which required that we stay overnight. Our expectations of finding a decent room were not high, so we were very pleased to find this hotel to be in excellent shape with a very affordable price.
