“I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived, which made check-in quick and easy. “Check in was ok except I was told the shuttle ran every half hour. I booked a wake up call in the am which was missed by the morning staff ,therefore missed the shuttle on the half hour. No big deal as I had my own alarm set and was only 15 minutes behind. When I came down to the lobby I was told shuttles had to be booked in advance, I had missed the one I was supposed to take and had to take a taxi which was an unexpected expense out of my own pocket.
