“Very good overall”

“The gym was hot as if the air conditioner wasn’t working. The ice machine on the 3rd floor was broken leaving one machine for 4 floors, the tv in the room wasn’t working and the room sink water did not get hot. The room was clean.”

“Clean room, staff was great. Breakfast was good but a lot of people so they were having a little issues keeping everything stocked”

“First off, the staff was very helpful and courteous. The elevators, hallways, rooms and bathrooms were all clean. The breakfast was as expected. The food was good and there was plenty of it. The coffee was hot 24 hours a day. all in all, it was a very pleasant one night stay.”

“The bed was uncomfortable the fold out bed for my kids were all sunken in let's just say that couch has seen better days. I couldn't get any clean towels and we were there 3 days. I had to chase a maid down for toilet paper the tub didn't drain. The only nice thing was the pool. The hallways had a weird smell and the carpet was filthy. And I had to vacuum my own room because nobody never came to clean. Not worth the price.”
