“We was booked at this hotel for three nights, but unfortunately our flight from Europe was cancelled, and we had to spent one night in Frankfurt. We called from Europe, both the hotel-office and Front Desk at the very hotel and explained what has happened, and they said that everything was fine and our room will be available when we arrive. But no, when we arrived our booking was cancelled (even if it was prepaid!!!) It’s not so funny, after almost 24hour of travel to arrive and don’t have any...
