“Trevligt hotell med mycket fint läge ”ute på landet”. Naturskönt och fina promenadområden i närheten. Bra frukost för att vara i USA. Parkering utanför hotellrumsdörren. Cherokee är ett litet samhälle väl värt att besöka, små butiker och gott om restauranger.”

“Ecno Lodge är ett trevlig litet motel som ligger i Cherokees utkant. Det var snabb och enkel in- och utcheckning, rummen var aningen slitna men helt ok. En väldigt enkel frukost, helt utan proteinprodukter, ingick i priset. Man kunde dock göra gröt, och det fanns färdiga våfflor, yoghurt och bröd att rosta. Sängarna var också ok. Läget var bra. Vi kände oss trygga och sov gott. Man kan med fördel välja ett rum på övre plan så blir det lite tystare, tror jag. Byn var väldigt mysig och våra barn...

“I booked here for the view of the river from the room, and it was amazing. The room was very spacious. However, the wall paper in the bathroom was peeling away. You could see light all the way around the door. The eaves on the river side was rotten with missing parts that had fallen away. The toilet was so low it seemed like a daycare toilet. There was hair and a bug in the bath tub.”

“Balcony facing the river building was an older one but was clean and well maintained Staff were very good people helpful and courteous will stay there again on next trip.”

“There was a beautiful view outside on the deck, however our room faced the parking lot on the first level. We could not open our curtains because of a direct view into our room”

“I booked a room on Expedia as a non-smoking king size room. When I checked in they gave a smoking room king size and was told that since I booked through a third party this is what I had to take. Not thrilled and the room and floor smelled terrible. Room service was not offered so I had to beg the staff for clean towels and wash clothes for the second night. Overall the hotel and casino was nice but not thrilled with the resort fee charges that everyone seems to be getting away with nowadays.”

“Would been great but it took 20 mins and I kid you not 20 mins for the water to get hot. We moved the chair in the corner by the table and all underneath it and behind it was full of dead bugs where the maids had not bothered to pull out and sweep behind of underneath it. My nephew was 4 doors down and went to take a shower but had no shower curtain. Seems that this place is going down hill a little since new owners took over.”

“Ett mysigt hotell nära slutet på Blue Ridge Parkway. Bra pool och service och jättestort rum. Frukosten var sådär... Innan ni går ut på balkongen ska ni titta så att dörren går att öppna utifrån. Vi blev utelåsta och fick hoppa ner och gå runt till receptionen som fick hjälpa oss in igen...”

“All of the staff were friendly and very helpful! The room needed to be wiped down a little better, the sink counter and floor were a little dirty. The breakfast bar was wonderful! Other than the cleanliness needing some minor improvement, it was a wonderful stay!”
