âThis is a great find... When you look at the outside it doesn't look like 5 stars...but if you are visiting the Great Sand Dunes this is the place to stay... Very nice staff ..A complete breakfast and a large well appointed room... Could not have been happier with our choice of the Dunes!!â

âThe hotel lobby was impressive. It was enormous and served as the setting for the pool and game area and had a few comfortable couches and chairs for guests to relax. My room was spacious and comfortable. There were body wash, shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the bath. Plenty of parking and breakfast was included.â

âWe had a great 3 day stay. The room was very clean and our two dogs really enjoyed the dog park. The owner and staff were also very nice. Would definitely stay again if we are ever in the area again.â

âThe facility and rooms are spotless. Bed and bedding were excellent. Very little seating in the breakfast area but breakfast was good. Overall it is a wonderful place to stay.price is good. The staff is marvelous!! They are friendly, helpful and courteous...very welcomingâ

âI did not know enough about what the hotel provides so I was disappointed in the breakfast. When we arrived our room was not ready (4:30) for about 45 minutes. It was fine when we got in.â
