“At the time of reservation it showing we are getting free breakfast but hotel denied it”

“I chose the hotel for its location and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very attentive and quick, and I particularly appreciated the high quality of the restaurant. The room was quiet and the bed comfortable. The only thing I missed was a breakfast buffet. I would gladly return if I'm in Atlanta again.”

“I went on vacation to Atlanta Marriott Alpharetta for a weekend. I arrived on Friday and was told that there was an event going on in the hotel and it would be noisy from 9:00-10:00am. Unfortunately, I must have stayed on the floor where most of the people from that event were staying. It was noisy on my floor and I could hear from the connecting door in my room , loud talking and hallway doors slamming till about 12:30 am . Then I would be waking up at 6:00 am by the same noise and commotion....

“I booked and paid full price for a balcony room. When I got there the receptionist said the balcony rooms were taken. She said she would give us free parking since the room I booked was sold out. The gate was broken so no one paid for parking.”
