“We travel through Iowa every year at this time and usually stayed here. I won't be staying again, the condition and cleanliness has gone downhill. The excuse is that the pool is undergoing repair but there is mud caked in the elevator and along the hallway carpeting. This should be cleaned up daily but it looks like it hasn't been ever vacuumed. The TV didn't work and after getting a new remote from the front desk, it still didn't work. The shower head was practically falling off. But the...

“Loved the hotel. Super pizza walking distance from the hotel. Excellent breakfast. If you are traveling on I 35 North take Hwy 9 to Manly. It gets you there quicker than using GPS.”

“Nice hotel. Room was larger than most hotel rooms. Nice indoor pool and hot tub. Area was clean, had nice pool towels. Breakfast was pretty good. Not the greatest but served purpose while traveling. Had microwaved sausage links and scrambled “eggs”. There is no elevator so if you are old and tired like us be sure to get first floor room. Walmart is next door so that is convenient. KFC, Taco Bell and Arby’s in parking lot. ”
