“Physically the property was pretty just like the on line pics. The rooms lacked storage and for the high price no water or tv was provided. The wait staff was slow and lacked training. As an example, was told the restaurant didn’t offer a latte, but I was free to go Nextdoor to their shop, purchase one and bring it back to the restaurant. That makes no sense as a trained professional would have run over, got the drink and added the cost to your bill. The staff was friendly, but lacked the skills...
