“Very much enjoyed the location and proximity to Pinecrest and Twain Harte, the tall windows, fireplace and view. Kitchen was nice and bed very comfortable. The place was very quiet and relaxing. Spiral staircase took some getting used to. We had a fun trip. ”

“We Absolutely loved this property. The owners were fantastic and they were very communicative. It was so comfortable and cozy. You can tell the owners really put a lot of thought into their property and love hosting. There were so many amazing trails. I wish we could’ve stayed longer and explored more. The cottage could not have been more perfect for my little family of 4. My little ones are two and five and had so much fun exploring and playing around the property.We will definitely be back.”

“Oaks Retreat was the perfect location for our stay outside of Yosemite National Park. In addition to spending full days in the park, we explored Bear Valley, Coulterville and the surrounding area. Highly recommend the area.The house was clean and comfortable, with "nice to have" items in the house: electronic chargers, reference materials for local establishments and places to explore. ”

“Pretty much everything about this house was perfect. The only small question i have is about the nonexistent AC. But we were there during some really hot days, and we could keep the bedroom temperature down by opening the windows and running the ceiling fans. Great to have washer, dryer and dishwasher. Totally recommended house!”
