“We attempted to check in early, that was not well received... nor would the front desk reception even acknowledge my request. She rudely stated "your rooms not ready" with zero attempt to offer a solution or another option. I even requested to upgrade to anything available as we were on a time schedule. Staff a male staff (white young mid weight) was waiting for the 1 elevator he had broom dustpan and his phone he was watching something on his phone elevator finally came to take us up he almost ran over gentleman getting off elevator and didn’t hold the door for myself or other guest, he didn’t ask what floor I was going to I had to tell him which floor to press...
“The key lock on the room did not work so every time I left the room I had to go to the office and they walked me to the door and unlocked it with a key. It was very inconvenient.”
“Family move to another room. Toilet in 404 constantly running.
However room 306 was perfect.
I went to move my stuff from 404 and fix the toilet flapper so ur water bill wouldn’t be high because no maintenance personnel was available to stop water from running all night”
