“We got there in our travels late at night. There was no one to check us in so I called the number and asked for security and security someone over to find the front desk person. Security never found the person and they left so after another 15 minutes, I called again. During that fun conversation, the front desk person showed up she had actually was helping a woman who had disabilities moved to a different room because of a problem she had had in that room and she couldn’t do it all herself....
