“Ok hotel and ok room. But very hard to communicate with staff and reception. Constant misunderstandings about everything. Worst was the fact that they couldn't inform us (when we were asking for restaurant suggestions)that not a single restaurant was open during new year's eve. That should be common knowledge if you work in the tourism business in that city.”

“The apartment was as advertised, great price, compact, clean, lots of little supplies, great location, not luxurious, but comfortable, etc.. However, it was not clear in the ad that the bedroom and bathroom, were upstairs, connected by a very long circular staircase, the equivalent of 2 stories. This combined with the high altitude of Mexico City was a challenge for us as guests, perhaps not for others...... ”

“Hermosa, muy tranquila la estancia. Tres al ercas temporadas, dos de ellas muy pequeñas y una de tamaño regular, no muy profunda. Me gustaría que hubiera más hamacas. El restaurante excelente. Lo recomiendo ampliamente”

“Hotel muy limpio y céntrico solo a unos pasos del centro y de toda la zona comercial de valle, solo nos faltó leña para usar la chimenea nos comentaron que ya no se puede usar pero todo bien en general ”
