“Had to request a room change because the first room had a horrendous odor. New room had wet carpet and the floors in the bathroom were dirty and had not been swept, the mini soaps provided had been used by a previous tenant and not replaced. A few hours after check-in, the desk clerk used her key and attempted to enter our room without knocking or announcing her presence with no justification for why she was trying to come in. Overall terrible experience.”
“This property does not abide by law for service dog. If could give this place minus would 100%. Didn't know reservation that was done two weeks ahead. Very dirty looking .”
“Just don't. I paid $147 for: Some lady's hair in the bathtub, along with a dead roach. Alive baby roaches scurrying when you move something. Disgusting, nasty shower curtain and filthy cracked tub. Dingy, stained towels and washcloths. I doordashed a bunch of Lysol wipes.”

The location was perfect and gave 'Chic' vibes--a true Boutique.
We enjoyed our stay in the Harrington Suite and the only complaint was of paint chipping in some areas.”
“The space was large, open, and the couch was extremely comfortable and cozy. It was perfect for my visit with my son, and allowing pets was definitely a perk. Would stay here again next time in Philadelphia. Very pleased customer”
