“This is one of the best examples of a successful hotel “makeover” I have ever experienced. My last stay there (before the remodel) was less than satisfactory. This Doubletree Hilton property today is just amazing! Everything from the cleanliness, the staff, the amenities, every aspect is just a wonderful experience! Safe, clean, quiet, comfortable, fantastic! It will now be my “go to” stay every time I come to town. ”

“The lodge is nice and charming. Pool areas good and water clean. The rooms are dated, but ours was clean and good. The bar and restaurants are okay. I guess the staff is Midwest nice, but maybe a little bit lazy. I don’t get the feeling anyone would go the extra mile to make my stay better. But with the price tag it’s good value for money, I would go back.”
