“The renovated corner room we stayed in was beautiful! New wooden shutters, retro style mini-fridge and microwave, and tiled bathroom were really attractive. The mattress was firm and comfortable. Unfortunately, the AC/heater unit was glitchy. It turned on and off with a relatively noisy fan every 3-4 minutes, which was hard to get used to. The Kuerig was a little temperamental too, but it was great to have morning coffee in bed. The breakfast we had at the in-house restaurant was excellent! So...
“The staff, very nice & professional. Sheets & towels nice & clean. The bed & pillows comfy. The floors were not vacuumed or mopped. There was pet hair all over the floor. Furniture was not wiped down, but bathroom was clean. Shower had nice pressure and hot water. Air conditioner was sufficient.”
“Linen was not change in the room assigned to us. We have to tell the staff who came anf checked it. They changed it right away. Carpet, aircondition, bathroom needs attention. Staff in the morning during breakfast not helpful. Terrible customer service. Please take note, breakfast is cold packed breakfast only. We don’t how it got 4/5 rating on the Expedia app that’s why we chose this motel.”
