Inget i gymmet fungerade under hela vistelsen på 5 nätter och det var rätt kallt i poolen. Det var riktigt dåligt.
Frukosten typiskt amerikanskt. Inte alls bra med svenska mått mätt.”
“House cleaners need trained. Had a lot of dust of on headboard and bath and toilet dirty bathroom floor dirty. Always finding hair on sheets. Halls smelt like old standing water. Dog pee on stairs. Hot tub has been out of order at least 2 month. Been coming here for 2 plus years for the hot tub and outdoor pool at least 4-6x/yr and has been going downhill the last 3-4 visits . Twice had to move rooms ( ac not working and then tv not working) Breakfast staff nice but up front at the counter not...
“Water slide is not working, hot tub is out of service, tiles broken in the pool area where kids can cut their feet. Booked the room based on just the water slide for my kid and would have never stayed if I knew the slide was out of service. Was supposed to be a fun stop for my son on our long drive home. When checking in they never mentioned it was out of service as well.”
“The best part of this place was actually the monogrammed towel, that was it. This place needs a complete teardown and rebuild and major upgrades. I am saddened by the state of this property. I would look elsewhere if needing a place to stay overnight.”
“Very comfortable. We only stayed one night but our room was equipped with a full size refrigerator, microwave and electric stove top. This would be a pleasant place for a longer stay. Bed was very comfortable, nice size bathroom. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispenser provided.”
