“The hotel and room were exceptionally clean. Nothing broken or not working properly. The staff were very respectful, friendly and professional. They welcomed us and treated us like they were genuinely happy to see us. And the price was very reasonable. This was our first time staying at this hotel, but if we are in the Newport area again, we will definitely choose this hotel again!”

When we immediately talked to the reception about that they sent some kind of manager who just wiped the kitchen counter. But the crumbles all over the floor and the dirty bath tub wasn’t taken care of. We complained about this lack of cleaning two times after that and all they did was to make the bed, 24 hours after we checked in. ”
