A few things which can really enhance the customer experience. Firstly, the pools in the communal areas need to be heated as they are ice cold and unusable - it was a shame that no one was in them even though the resort was busy on the long weekend. “Maybe it's not in the centre but if you want to get out of the hussle and bussle, then this is the spot to unwind. Excellent accomodation, we had a the 2 bedrooms with sitting room option. The staff were so helpful with anything we required. Outside, walking distance and part of the same complex, you will find several food options, laundry, a grocery shop. ”
