“We stayed at Ritz during 26/6-28/6 to celebrate our daughter’s 10 years old birthday! Yuki, Nia and Dora made extra effort and prepared supprise decorarion in the room and some birthday presents to our daughter ! It was such nice warm gesture and made our daughter so happy! We had stayed at Ritz few times before, in fact we return there again before we leave Singapore! It has always been very nice experience at Ritz! ”

“We are a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) stayed in a family room for 4 nights. We were welcomed by the reception with a big smile. The service was excellent and the room was spacious and comfortable. There is a bus stop just outside the hotel and an MRT station 4-5 min walking, which made it easy to visit all the places we intended to visit. The stay was quite pleasant and we enjoyed every bit of it.”
