“Nice atmosphere, nice and modern interior albeit in a thoughtful traditional way. Only thing that I and my colleagues whom also stayed think that needs to be improved is the ventilation of the rooms, it needs AC system. In summer it gets pretty “hot” in the rooms. Also I can’t remember seeing any info on booking site about my room having a very steep staircase. OK for me but not if you are having mobility issues.”

“At check-in, I was warmly welcomed by your front desk team, whose kindness and professionalism I truly appreciated. However, I would like to share a few concerns from my stay. During registration, I noticed that my country of origin had been mistakenly recorded as Thailand (THA) instead of Taiwan (TWN). I immediately pointed this out, crossed out the error on the form, and clearly wrote the correct information. The staff assured me that they understood. Yet, upon check-out, the invoice still...

“Hotel is 10 mins from Banska Bystrica. Good choice to get a proper spa hotel with indoor/outdoor pool, tennis courts etc. several restaurants make it easy to spend a couple of days. ”
