“Poor communication. No Air conditioning in the room. Maintenance won't answer calls after knowing the air was not blowing. There is no desk person to talk to. Shawn, Kellie, and Samantha would just lie to you to get you go away. Promised refunds every few days only to find out they were just blowing smoke. Avoid this place at all costs. Terrible experience”

I called Expedia, they said they would have to call the hotel to do so. They said they couldn’t get a hold of the property and said I would have to book the original night I had intended while I was there and they said they would send an email to try to resolve the payment I had already made. “We stayed nine nights and it was great. Everything was close as the hotel isn't very big. Breakfast could've had more options, but it had the basic stuff at least. Room was awesome with comfy beds, fridge, micro, sofa, chairs, table, 2 tv's with plenty of channels. The option of washing and drying clothes for a small fee was awesome. Room cleaning was also very good those days we chose to have the cleaned. We didn't use the pool at all, and the gym very little, but nice to have those options...
