"Room was very spacious and clean. AC was working and easy to adjust. Coffeemaker with pods and cups etc. Full kitchen. In my opinion good bed but I donât like to have separate sheets, better with a whole âduvet coverâ. The only problem was check in where I was supposed to get a mail with door code but it never came. No answer either when I sent message asking for the code. Sent message through hotels.com so canât say where the problem is. I managed to sneak in with other guest and luckily found a receptionist. I recommend to make sure you get the code before arriving. The code opens all doors including room. Location is great, only a very short walk to Broadway. Will stay again but need to find a way to get the code in advance."
