In general the hotel is fine for the price you pay: very good breakfast, convenient location and ok bed & internet. BUT the service is close to non-existent. I arrived in the middle of the night both times. The first time i arrived i was provided no information about anything (wifi, breakfast etc). The second time i stayed i requested the room with the windows not...

“Fint hotell med trevlig personal och som ligger i mitten av gamla stan i Kiev. Det enda negativa är helt ofungerande wi-fi. Det gick knappt att använda alls. Förutom det, var hotellet jättebra!”
